The Operations Corner
Specifically designed for staff holding an operational/back-office support role within a recruitment agency, the Operations Corner will allow individuals to take a deep dive into the hot topic issues facing recruitment agencies today. Content for this stage will include labour hire licensing, the importance of L&D for people and culture, risk and WHS, Employment Law, efficiency and tech recommendations for Staffing – plus much more.
The Top Billers Corner
For any consultant, billing manager or team leaders looking to get the most out of themselves and their colleagues around them. With content relevant for those who are on the frontline recruiting for an agency, this stage will cover off candidate care, relationship building, effective storytelling, sales, perceptive interviewing, sourcing, and business development to help you become the best recruiter you can be.
