Michael Jones is a recruitment leader with almost two decades' worth of industry experience. Beginning his recruitment career at Hays, Michael can legitimately claim to be a recruitment rockstar; in his first year in recruitment he billed $500k and was awarded Best Performing Trainee of the Year for Hays Australia and New Zealand, and had a successful track record of building temp and perm desks from scratch, delivering high levels of results.
Having moved into a Learning and Development role, Michael has trained thousands of recruiters all around the world so he's seen his fair share of top performers and understands what it takes to be successful in recruitment.
He is also Vice Chair of the RCSA WA Committee and coordinates regular networking events for the Perth-based recruitment community.
