Killer Customer Experience: How to deliver a CX experience clients and candidates can’t say no to

Customer Experience is something that the recruitment sector as a whole understands deeply but has dealt with in an intuitive rather than programmatic way. We know that often the difference between a sustainable long-standing client or candidate relationship or a fractured and dysfunctional one is nothing more than a poorly written email or a commitment that has not been delivered on. In 2022, Robert Walters decided to stop leaving our CX to chance and focus on it with a dedicated team and a board level commitment. Our journey has been short but full of learning and we know that there is much more to do but the benefits are already evident. In this session, we will focus on our Candidate Pillar and share some of our experiences to date and some of our successes and failures along the way. We will explore the intersection between people, process and technology and how the three need to work in harmony for us to deliver a Customer Experience that at least meets and hopefully exceeds our customers’ expectations.
