They’ve secured over £20 million in retained fees in the last two years. Most have ZERO experience of retained search.



Jordan Taylor 

Jordan spent several years experiencing the typical frustrations of a contingent recruiter – working in uncommitted partnerships on a no win – no fee basis. Jordan transitioned to a fully retained executive search consultant, quadrupling his revenue and winning and delivering on senior, strategic hires globally. He is passionate about helping Recruiters to achieve the same, which is why he joined Retrained Search as a coach, successfully helping over 1000 recruiters deliver their business on a retained basis.
