Check In Requirement:
For the safety and security of our hotel, associates and valued guests, a valid credit card and photographic identification in the form of a driver’s license or passport must be presented and may be photocopied upon check-in. Early arrival access to the pool area is subject to availability
Pre-Authorisation:
No cash bond will be accepted, and a valid credit or debit card must be produced for a minimum pre-authorisation amount of $300.00 AUD for hotel rooms and Lagoon Suite or a minimum amount of $1,000.00 AUD for Broadwater Suite, Imperial Suite & Condominiums plus any remaining balance of accommodation charges will be deducted from the credit or debit card provided.
