Sinead Hourigan

Sinead Hourigan was appointed as the Global Head of Talent Advisory for Robert Walters in 2025. Talent Advisory is the fastest-growing service line within the Robert Walters business, offering a full suite of talent advisory services to our valued clients. These services range from workforce transformation to leadership development, market intelligence analytics, and supporting our clients through major shifts across the talent landscape, from ESG to AI readiness. Sinead leads a dedicated and talented team of advisory professionals worldwide and continues her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients through service excellence. 

Sinead previously led the Global Commercial function, working across our regional footprint to further embed our client relationships and develop an enterprise-level customer strategy to maximise customer acquisition, retention and profitability. Sinead also founded the Robert Walters CX function, having established the team in 2022 and developed a wide range of global initiatives directed at improving our engagement with our customers. 

 Before this, Sinead was Managing Director of the Queensland operations of our recruitment business, having recruited in the Queensland market since 2001. Sinead is also a former CEDA (Committee for Economic Development in Australia) Trustee in Queensland, QLD Council member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce and is the former President of the RCSA (Recruitment Consulting Staffing Association), the peak body for the recruitment and staffing sector across ANZ.
