Dave Eccles

Dave Eccles is a connector, community-builder, and passionate advocate for men’s mental wellbeing. Raised in Omagh, Northern Ireland during “The Troubles”, he found joy in sport and strength in resilience and strength in communities, qualities that continue to guide his work today.

Since moving to Sydney in 2008, Dave has built a successful career in recruitment, gaining a deep understanding of people, purpose, and the power of connection. As co-founder of WNOW (When No-one is Watching), he’s creating space for men to drop the mask, speak honestly, and show up more fully in their lives.

A proud husband and dad of three, Dave spends his time running, kayaking, and learning from his kids. He’s building a movement rooted in connection, because being a good man starts with being a real one.

Tadhg Kennelly

Tadhg Kennelly is the only man in history to win both an AFL Premiership and a Senior All-Ireland Gaelic Football Championship, earning his place as one of sport’s true cross-code legends. Born in rural Ireland, he left home at 18 to chase his dream in Sydney, and made it happen.

Now, as co-founder of WNOW, he’s helping men strip back the layers of expectation and reconnect with who they really are. With a Master’s in Education and a role as head of sport at a girls’ school and head of the academy at GWS Giants, Tadhg brings the same passion to shaping character as he once did to winning finals.

He’s a husband, a proud dad of three, and a big believer in promoting healthy masculinity, because he knows real strength comes from within.
