Welcome to the lush and serene rainforest eco-system of the UNESCO-designated Noosa Biosphere, an inspiring setting for SHAPE 2024 on Queensland’s picturesque Sunshine Coast.
Nestled within an internationally protected area lies Peppers Noosa Resort, one of the largest conference and event facilities in the region. The resort is tranquil, yet only moments from the world class shopping and culinary hub of Hastings Street and Noosa’s stunning main beach, Laguna Bay.
Peppers Noosa Resort is spacious and naturally designed to celebrate the sub-tropical environment, with views to both the ocean and rainforest, yet the setting is intimate and friendly in distinct Peppers style.

Mantra French Quarter is a resort located on Noosa's famous Hastings Street on the Sunshine Coast.
The resort offers direct access to the shopping, dining and entertainment precinct, making it the perfect place to enjoy the best of Noosa. Mantra French Quarter is a short 5 minute walk, approx. 500m from Peppers Noosa Resort.
Accommodation available - nightly, room only rate:
One Bedroom Apartment (1- 2 guests) at $333 per night
One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment (1- 2 guests) at $349 per night

- Member - $3,199 (AUD) + GST
- Non Member - $4,199 (AUD) + GST
- **Member Special - If you are looking to bring three or more from your team to Shape, please contact the Events Team for access to this special rate.
Guest Tickets to Social Events available (Please note these are for additional guests attending the social events only):
- Tuesday 20 August: SHAPE Welcome Event - $150 (AUD) + GST
- Wednesday 21 August: Party Dinner - $250 (AUD) + GST
- Thursday 22 August: Wrap Party - $200 (AUD) + GST
Payment is required in full upon registration via credit card.
TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to the RCSA Events team. Depending on when your cancellation is received, the below concessions will be made.
- Up to 60 days prior to the event date - full registration fees will be refunded
- Between 60 - 31 days prior – 50% cancellation fee will apply to registration fees paid*
- Within 30 days - no refund on monies paid*
*Please note - you may transfer your registration to another person, at no additional cost, if you are unable to attend.
Should the RCSA be forced to cancel the Shape Conference, the following cancellation policy would apply to recoup a portion of non-refundable hard costs incurred. The RCSA will endeavour to reduce these costs as much as possible in the lead up to the event, however, by registering as an attendee, you are agreeing to the following maximum non-refundable fees:
- Between 60 - 31 days prior – 20% cancellation fee will apply to registration fees paid
- Within 30 days - 35% cancellation fee will apply to registration fees paid

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
RCSA acknowledges the traditional owners and ongoing custodians of the land in which this conference will be hosted. The original inhabitants of the former Noosa Shire were the Kabi Kabi or Gubbi Gubbi people, who lived in the area from as far north as Fraser Island, south to Pumicestone Passage and west to the Conondale and Blackall Ranges.
