If you wish to stay outside these dates, you must still book and pay for the conference accommodation dates below. Please then email trainingevents@rcsa.com.au with your additional accommodation dates, and we will send you a payment link for the extra nights.

Terms and Conditions

All accommodation bookings at Mantra and Peppers, booked through the RCSA, for SHAPE 2026 are subject to the following terms and conditions: • Amendments and Cancellations: Changes to your accommodation booking (including cancellations, date changes, or name substitutions) may be made up to and including Thursday, 9 July 2026. • After Thursday, 9 July 2026: (55 days prior to the event) No refunds, cancellations, or amendments (except name substitutions) will be accepted for any reason. This includes non-attendance, travel disruptions, or any other circumstances. • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made before 9 July 2026 will be processed in accordance with the payment method used at the time of booking, less any applicable administrative fees. We strongly recommend all attendees purchase travel insurance that covers accommodation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Each delegate will need to provide a $200.00 credit card pre-authorisation for security during their stay. Guest will settle their own incidentals on departure.
