Today James leads the national utility division as an Engineering and Executive Search Consultant and has recently founded a Podcast called Utility Leaders. Utility Leaders is a space where industry professionals and thought leaders can share their journey to engage, educate and inspire the next generation of utility professionals. James is also a Member of Engineers Australia, IPEWAQ (Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, Queensland), Australian Water Association and is part of the RCSA QLD/NT Council where he represents Memberships and the Next Gen Collective.
Rebecca leads an award-winning team of consultants who consistently out-perform industry norms. She is a sales-led executive with a broad cross-functional skill-set, previously leading marketing, sales and operations teams, across the UK, Asia and ANZ. Her key strength is people leadership and organisational change management; she has led large transformation projects impacting 200-900 consultants in both PLC and SME recruitment companies.
Along with a Masters from Cambridge University, Rebecca is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and holds a Foundation Certificate in Change Management. Outside of business, you’ll find her on the netball court!
She’s developed her career in both Canada and Australia working across Tech, Financial Services, and Professional Services starting out in agency, but spending most of her career in in-house Talent Acquisition.
A lifelong learner and people connector, Liz is fascinated by understanding people’s strengths and gifts, and passionate about empowering and inspiring them to achieve their dreams.
