RCSA is excited to announce Talent X, a one-day future focused event that will examine where people, strategy and technology collide. How we drive innovation, how we prepare for tomorrow, and how we stay human are key themes that will be broken down over a day of interactive and thought provoking sessions.
Taking place at the ICC Sydney and broadcast live online on June 3, Talent X will feature a speaker line-up of leading futurists alongside industry thought leaders who will dissect the challenges and opportunities facing our industry.
Held on the day of the RCSA Industry Awards, this RCSA Member event will educate and inspire agency owners and their staff to thrive in the future world of work.

Talent X is a hybrid format event taking place in-person and online. Attendees have the opportunity of attending the event live in Sydney, or taking part online via our digital broadcast.
With that said, RCSA is seeking to bring as much of our community together for the event on the day. For this reason, tickets to attend the event live have been heavily discounted. RCSA is fully committed to delivering a safe event in line with NSW Government COVID Safe Policy

Andrew Banks

Andrew Banks is one of Australia's most respected business leaders in the global human resources and recruitment industry. A born risk taker, Andrew is passionate about the need for entrepreneurial spirit to be nurtured. He knows first-hand the willingness of people to take risks and grow wealth and creativity in a society.
Andrew co-founded
Morgan & Banks in early 1985 growing the company to become the dominant
recruitment force in Australia and Asia. In
2004 he launched Talent2 International focusing on HR outsourcing and executive
search and selection. The company employed 1,600+ professionals in 20
countries.
Since 2015 and following 4 seasons of the Australian version of “Shark Tank”, Andrew's focus is on general investing via major global banks and institutional fund managers.
Dom Price
Atlassian; Work Futurist
Born to Joy in the harsh Manchester Winter of 77, Dominic has a career that has reached far and wide through Europe, US and Asia PAC.
An accomplished TED speaker, Dom is proud to work at Atlassian, the home of the most intelligent t-shirt wearers in business. As our resident Work Futurist. Dom is our in house “Team Doctor” helping Atlassian scale by being ruthlessly efficient and effective, and spends over half his time helping our customers navigate transformation, agility, and the future of work.
Dom helped pioneer our Team Playbook and has a deep passion for understanding of teamwork and the changes we need to make today to build thriving businesses.
He has previously been the GM Program Management for a global gaming company and a Director of Deloitte.
A keen traveller, Dom has traversed over 50 countries so far, but after 17 years on these shores, he calls Australia home.
Preeti Bajaj
Preeti has a diverse career in business development, general management, operations, strategy, and transformation for a mix of companies including Brookfield Multiplex, Metcash (Top 100 ASX), Intuit Real Estate Solutions, Vision Software and Schneider Electric.
Over the past 12 years, she has built a name for strategic transformation, commercial intelligence, and growth, with experience spanning ASX listed and ambitious start-ups. She brings diverse experience spanning software, construction, retail, and industrial technology with a proven track record of navigating specific contexts to provide high-level direction driving major transformation.
In 2011 Preeti won the AFR’s Young Executive of the Year award and was also awarded the Scholarship for the Authentic Leadership Program to Harvard by Chief Executive Women in 2017. She has completed her MBA in Finance and Masters of Applied Finance and is passionate about diversity and actively supports emerging leaders through her contribution as an advisory member of Chief Executive Women and as a Non-Executive Director for Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. Preeti is passionate about sustained change to business models in through the deployment and adoption of technology across Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and analytics.
In her current role as CEO of The Adecco Group Australia & New Zealand Preeti overseas the entire brand portfolio including Adecco, Spring Professional, Lee Hecht Harrison and General Assembly and she is also the Managing Director, Modis Australia.
Phil Cook & Hugh Catterall
Bullhorn
Phil Cook is Bullhorn’s APAC Regional Sales Manager.
He joined Bullhorn back in 2013 in the Sydney office as an Account Manager before moving to London to manage the mid market accounts. Phil returned to Sydney at the beginning of 2019 to lead the APAC sales teams who focus on mid-market and super boutique agencies. A little known fact about Phil, his favourite holiday is skiing in the European Alps.
Hugh Catterall is an Account Director, Enterprise at Bullhorn.
He has over 6 years experience working across the recruitment and executive search industries. Hugh started his career digitising middle and back office systems before moving into data, analytics and automation roles focused on improving business efficiency. Hugh's role is to help Bullhorn customers become as efficient as possible through software adoption. A little known fact about Hugh, he can solve a Rubik's cube in under 1 minute.
Erin Devlin

Erin Devlin is the Author of ‘Get the job you really want’ released by Major Street Publishing in 2021. She is the 2017 RCSA SEEK Professional Recruiter of the Year, Managing Director of people2people Recruitment Victoria and CEO of Infront Sports Consulting. Erin Leads a team of professional recruitment consultants at people2people and is now the Next Gen Board Director for the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA) of Australia and New Zealand. Erin is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), studied marketing and human resources at undergraduate level and holds a Graduate Certificate of Business (Dean’s List) from Deakin University. Erin is a regular guest speaker and media commentator with ABC, Channel 7, Nine Network, Foxtel, 2UE, and Shortlist, on careers and employment. Through Infront Sports, she has worked with over 500 professional athletes and coaches on career transition and planning. Greg is a leader of the global recruitment industry, with a career spanning forty years, and is a regular keynote speaker at staffing conferences around the world.
Greg started Recruitment Solutions in 1987 and grew the business to 250 staff and an eventual $60 million IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange.
He went on to be International CEO of Aquent for 8 years, running 35 offices in 17 countries.In 2010, founded Firebrand Talent Search and quickly created a global brand for this specialist digital and marketing recruiter, and successfully sold the business, in 7 countries, in 2013.Greg now provides board advisory, consulting and keynote speaking services to organisations across the world, focusing on growth, expansion and profitability.

Business is about turning problems into opportunities and Emily thrives in that environment – she loves the ‘business of business’ and providing strategic direction to clients to help maximise their investment in their people.
She’s also rapper Drake’s biggest fan, spends a lot of time doting on her dogs and is single-handedly responsible for the company-wide donut obsession.
Nina Mapson Bone (MC)

Nina Mapson Bone is the Managing Director of Beaumont People, a specialised recruitment business that truly believes in “placing people first”. She is also President of the RCSA, the Recruitment Consulting and Staffing Association of Australia and New Zealand and she is Chair of the Development Committee for the NORTH Foundation, a charity which supports innovation in health research and patient care.
Nina helps business leaders with their people problems and delights in bringing talented people together to drive value, build vision and realise opportunities.
With extensive leadership experience, she has built and restructured high-performing teams with a focus on talent attraction and retention.

The International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC)
The International Convention Centre opened it's doors in December 2016 as Australia’s first fully-integrated harbourside convention, exhibition and entertainment venue.
