With recruitment running through her veins, and a Wi Fi signal strong enough to power an entire industry - Rebecca (Bex) brings over 20 years of powerhouse expertise to the stage. From agency roles and HR tech implementation to recruitment marketing and leadership, she’s held a frontline view of every modern twist in talent, brand, and tech. 

Today, as NZ Manager & Digital Community Lead for RCSA, Bex champions the recruitment profession across Aotearoa: driving engagement, hosting conversations, and elevating voices. A Fellow of RCSA and recipient of the 2019 Outstanding Industry Contribution Award, she truly has her finger on the pulse of what matters in NZ recruitment.
