Known in the industry as “the data guy”, Guy leads Kamal — the AI Business Management Partner built for recruitment agencies. A passionate advocate for smarter data practices, he helps agency leaders run more profitable, sustainable, and low-stress businesses by harnessing the true power of data & AI.
Before Kamal, Guy was the Group Managing Director of New Zealand’s largest tech recruitment group (Potentia/Crew), bringing real-world leadership and a recruiter’s mindset to the AI revolution in recruitment.
Shay Goodwin
Shay's an out and out recruitment marketer, having spent 12 years building recruitment brands across the UK, USA, Australia and back home in New Zealand. Over the years, he's worked with 100+ recruitment businesses, everything from Kiwi startups to one of Europe's largest recruitment groups. With a good mix of in-house and agency experience, his sweet spot lies within automation – helping APAC recruitment businesses get the most out of products like Bullhorn Automation and Roi-AI.
Kerrie Gregory
Kerrie's role in recruitment began after working in various industries and a career in teaching overseas. Once returning to New Zealand, she decided on a new direction and landed in the fast-paced world of recruitment. Her career with the Accordant Group began with Madison, and has held many roles, from Recruitment Consultant to Branch Manager to GM of Operations across many of our brands.
As General Manager, Kerrie leads the Absolute IT and Madison businesses nationally. This role combines leadership, strategy, innovation, and operational strengths to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates while growing a high-performing teams. She is skilled in recruitment technology and process improvement and constantly exploring ways to refine our systems and embrace new tools. Her goal is to create an experience that’s seamless, efficient, and tailored, ensuring they deliver the perfect match with energy and precision every time.
Outside of work, Kerrie love connecting with people, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends. She find it incredibly rewarding to work with two businesses that make a real difference in people’s lives.
