Di has a sales & sales leadership background spanning a 35+ career working with high performing sales teams. Working across multiple industries, Di is a growth & performance expert: people & revenue, a facilitator, executive coach, an author of The Intentional Salesperson and a Master Trainer for Extended DISC behavioural profiling. 

In 2018 Di established her own company – Intentional Influencing. Her aim is to ensure companies are focused on growth, specifically revenue growth and team growth. Her love and passion for sales has seen her increase many different companies' revenue, and grow teams in a way that is practical, fun, and most importantly, measurable.
