Sinead Hourigan

Sinead Hourigan is an established global executive, advisor, and thought leader with more than 20 years of experience driving talent strategy, customer experience, and commercial growth across international markets. 

As Founder of Saoi (pronounced "See") Advisory, Sinead works with leaders across the recruitment sector and Australia’s mid-market organisations to drive sustainable growth through the effective alignment of people strategy and business objectives. Recognised for her collaborative, values-led leadership style and ability to influence at board and executive level, she is building a portfolio career supporting organisations through growth, transformation, and strategic change. 

Most recently, Sinead served as Global Head of Talent Advisory at Robert Walters, leading a team that partnered with business leaders to design and deliver workforce transformation and talent advisory solutions across more than 40 countries. 

Prior to her global leadership roles, Sinead spent 18 years leading recruitment operations within the Australian market for Robert Walters and is proud to have played a role in the development and success of hundreds of recruitment professionals and business leaders across the sector. 

A passionate advocate for the recruitment and staffing industry, Sinead served as Queensland Board Representative and later President of the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA). She is also a Certified Chair through the Advisory Board Centre and is a strong believer in the value that independent, objective advice can bring to business leaders navigating growth and change.
