Nigel Barcham

Nigel Barcham is a seasoned recruitment leader with more than two decades of global experience across Australia, the UK, and New Zealand. He began his career with Michael Page in Sydney before relocating to London, where he became the highest-billing permanent recruitment consultant in the UK within two years. At 28, he opened Robert Half’s Melbourne office, later becoming Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing six offices and growing regional revenue from $45m to $120m. He went on to found Perigon Group, scaling it from a home-based startup to a $35m turnover business with three offices before its successful sale to PeopleIN. Nigel has since held divisional CEO roles managing $100m+ revenue lines and is now focused on leadership development, coaching, and training within the recruitment industry. .
