Kylie Chain

Kylie Chain is a recognised procurement and workforce transformation specialist with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations navigate complex change and deliver sustainable commercial and operational outcomes. She is also an executive coach and facilitator who works with individuals, leaders and teams to unlock human potential and organisational value. 

Most recently, Kylie led a pioneering contingent workforce transformation program at Calvary Health Care, designing and implementing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model that centralised the management of contingent labour across a complex national healthcare organisation. The initiative demonstrated how more coordinated workforce models can create value through improved governance, visibility, workforce access and stakeholder outcomes. 

Drawing on her professional experience, and expertise in change management, human behaviour and stakeholder adoption, Kylie brings a unique client-side perspective on how healthcare organisations, staffing providers and the broader workforce ecosystem can evolve to meet the growing challenges of workforce supply, increasing demand for healthcare services, and the long-term sustainability of patient care.
