Terence Pham is the Team Leader for Aged Care Nursing & Allied Health Professionals at Medacs Healthcare, where he leads the delivery of locum nursing and allied health workforce solutions to Indigenous and remote residential aged care communities across Australia. As the ANRA Council's Next Gen Representative with the RCSA, Terence advocates for the zero-to-five-year cohort of recruiters, championing early-career retention, ethical practice and the wellbeing of the people behind the workforce. 

Grounded in his belief that great care starts with the right people in the right place, he brings a purpose-led, next-generation lens to the future of regional and remote healthcare staffing.
