Sue brings a rare mix of experience to her work. She has owned and led businesses, including Staff & Executive Resources and HR Partners & Talent Quarter, and held senior executive roles with Chandler Macleod Group and Skilled Group, where she oversaw Talent Management Services, Defence Force Recruiting and Professional Recruitment service lines. Leading complex operations like these takes someone who owns the outcome and keeps raising the bar, and that has been a hallmark of Sue’s career. 

Her perspective is further shaped by governance. Sue has served on the boards of Earlypay, Ability Options and The Field.jobs, and currently sits on the board of Sunnyfield Disability Services.
