Sue Healy, is a Joint Managing Director and owner of Talent Quarter, a national recruitment business working across healthcare and the for purpose sectors Sue brings more than 35 years of experience as a business owner, Managing Director and in senior executive roles within Australia’s recruitment and human capital sector. 

Prior to Talent Quarter, Sue owned and led Staff & Executive Resources and HR Partners for 18 years. She then held Executive General Management roles with Chandler Macleod and Skilled Group, two of Australia’s largest ASX-listed workforce and human capital organisations. 

During this period, Sue was the lead executive for Defence Force Recruiting, the largest outsourced recruitment contract in the Southern Hemisphere. Sue also brings extensive board and governance experience. Her Non-Executive Director appointments have included ASX-listed financial services company Earlypay; disability and employment services organisation Sunnyfield, Ability Options and Olympus Solutions; The Field (a Disability job site) and executive search firm CCentric. 

She is a Fellow of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association and has previously served as its Vice President and a Director.
