Paul Chiswick is Executive General Manager of Alliance Nursing, Alliance Rural & Remote and Alliance Extra Staff, and a member of the RCSA’s ANRA Council. 

He has more than 25 years’ experience in talent acquisition, workforce solutions and business leadership across Australia and international markets. Paul works closely with healthcare organisations across the hospital, aged care and community sectors, with a particular focus on workforce strategy, service delivery, operational improvement, and the changing role of staffing providers in supporting Australia’s healthcare system.
