Rebecca Hartshorn MRCSA

Rebecca is deeply proud of the power of recruitment to transform lives and careers. She feels fortunate for every step of her journey—from recruitment consultant to executive leader—and the many opportunities this career has offered along the way. Since graduating from the University of Cambridge, she has developed a broad executive skill set across strategy, operations, sales, financial and legal risk management, people leadership, and board stakeholder engagement. She has held senior leadership roles in a variety of founder-led, specialist, and global PLC recruitment businesses across the UK, Asia, and Australia. Rebecca leads with clarity, empathy, and as much fun as possible!

Giving back to the industry and her community is incredibly important to her. In 2023, she was honoured to be named both RCSA Recruitment Leader of the Year and TIARA Industry Leader of the Year in Australia. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the RCSA Council in NSW/ACT (hello members!) and mentors female graduates through the LUCY Program at Macquarie University Business School. Outside of work (and to keep sane) you’ll find her on the netball court!
