Since beginning her career in the recruitment industry in 2021 as a Trainee Talent Acquisition Specialist, Payton has supported candidates and clients alike at Concentis, before moving into her current position as Operational Excellence Lead where she's able to drive initiatives that directly impact her team's growth, and their collective ability to provide outstanding service. 

As one of the first graduates to complete the Graduate Certificate in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment with Deakin University and an RCSA Next Gen Council Representative, Payton is a strong advocate for showcasing recruitment as a potential career path, as well as the need for continuous learning and development for those already involved. 

Her favourite saying is that people spend too much time at work to not enjoy what they do, and through creating a supportive, fulfilling environment for her team, Payton continues to embody this mindset and hopes others will too.
