With over a decade of experience in human psychology, Aisling partners with global organizations and governments to rewrite policies and implement meaningful change through the development of neuro-inclusion strategies, which empower employees, managers, and teams to thrive together.
Drawing from her lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic woman with ADHD and the mother of a neurodivergent child, Aisling’s work is both personal and transformative.
