Speaker Session

Main Stage - 3:00pm - 3:15pm

Winning Tenders: Art or Science

This session will provide an overview of ways in which to better select, respond to and win tenders. It will cover:

  • Differentiating your services/solution – why this is important and how to achieve it.
  • Prepositioning for an opportunity – bids are won well before the bid goes in the ‘box’ so ensuring you understand how people buy and identifying their risks and real issues is vital.
  • The role of unsolicited proposals.
  • Tendering best practice – understanding the process, managing tender submissions, developing quality content for common tender questions and requirements. Through this process, your submissions will be well evidenced with benefits and value clearly articulated.
