With over 10 years in the recruitment industry—starting as a Recruitment Consultant at a large Sydney agency to later working in Sales at Indeed — she’s now come full circle in her career using empathy to design innovative recruitment software experiences.

Sarah Bolitho is a two-time agency founder with a successful exit, a strong track record in scaling recruitment businesses, and deep expertise in client acquisition and retention. She began her career at a major listed recruitment firm, working across Australia and the US, before launching her own ventures. In 2022, Sarah founded Levyl - a values-led HR recruitment firm that partners with organisations to deliver impactful, inclusive hiring outcomes across all levels of the People & Culture function. Under her leadership, the business has expanded to include initiatives like the Talent Equity Accelerator (TEA), a platform delivering bespoke DEI consulting and cross-sector collaboration on issues such as neuroinclusion. In 2025, she will launch CPO Search - Australia’s first executive search firm dedicated exclusively to Chief People Officers.Commercially astute and people-centred, Sarah is passionate about reshaping recruitment to create long-term value for clients, candidates, and the broader business community.
