ANRA is the peak body covering healthcare (acute and non-acute sectors), community care and disability support providers, offering support and advice and working with relevant industry stakeholders, including government and regulators, for the benefit of its members. ANRA represents the interests of nursing and healthcare recruitment agencies in a sector the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency ranks among the fastest growing in the nation. 

ANRA members are invited to come together in Sydney on Wednesday 17 May to hear updates from the ANRA Council and to network with fellow healthcare professionals

Tracy McClenaghan

ANRA Chair

With over 18 years of agency recruitment experience in Australia, Tracy has enjoyed the opportunity to work across boutique, national and multi national organisations. Starting with a generalist recruiter, the last 10 years have been specialised within the health, medical and social care sector across General management and executive roles in a forever changing landscape, Tracy has been a member of both AMRANZ and ANRA committees for the last 10 years and continues to support the indsustry with a passion.

Kate is a commercial lawyer whose focused legal experience has been predominantly in-house advising all levels of the organisation. Her experience covers commercial contracts, competition and consumer law and corporate governance.Kate is especially passionate about developing meaningful client relationships in order to achieve informed practical, efficient and positive outcomes for clients. Her work satisfaction comes from knowing that her clients feel more confident about their business decisions recognising that they are supported by practical advice.

Carolyn is an employment lawyer qualified in Australia and New Zealand. Previously a HR professional with over a decade of experience, Carolyn enjoys working with clients to come up with pragmatic, commercially focussed solutions, helping them to manage their most important asset – their people.


Helen-Anne is a Senior Legal Consultant advising businesses on best practices and specialising in employment law and industrial relations.  Her previous role was as General Counsel in Australia/NZ for a multi national recruitment and labour hire organisation. With significant experience in complex employment solutions and work, health, and safety, Helen-Anne provides clients with grounded, practical and commercially focused advice.
